Drawing Illustration tommyboy198572 asked: I’m an artist who really needs to update to digital art. I want to use a program to color my cartoons. I was looking at the adobe education store and they are selling Adobe Illustrator CS3 for $200. Is this the program I need? My college has a scanner but I will need a tablet, where can I get one that’s decent but not too expensive? Thanks.
